SETH MyHome Plus participants must be an approved correspondent lender or wholesale broker with Land Home Financial Services.
SETH 5 Star will require lenders to have a correspondent relationship with US Bank.
Buyer Select lenders will need to be approved as a correspondent lender with Gateway First Bank.
The SETH MCC does not have a servicer requirement for lenders.
